1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Digital wallets (if applicable)

2. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments & Stripe). We do not store your payment details.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Product not received within 30 days
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect item delivered

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer may bear return shipping cost (unless defect/damage)

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after shipment
  • Minor cosmetic differences
  • Delays due to customs

6. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks. Fraudulent disputes may lead to account restrictions.
